But what is frequency?

Sound is the most cited example of frequency, but frequency extends far beyond the audible. It is any vibration - from the subtle to the overt - heard with our physical ears or the ears of our heart . Frequency is consciousness.

Frequency is as ancient as it is futuristic and it quietly lies at the intersection of science and magic. When we interact with frequency in an intentional way, we encourage cellular level remembrance in our bodies. And while I cannot say with absolute certainty, it does seem this remembering state is essential to the liberation of our imagination and intuition - bedrocks of our wholeness.

To the one who has the audaciousness to believe their whole self is their truest self.

To the one with the courage to tend to their fragments and still trust their wholeness.

To the one who doubts their whole self could ever be accepted, seen, or loved.

To the one who has ever abandoned or hid their whole self.

To the one who dares to believe connection extends beyond the confines of the seen.

I hear ancient frequencies rising alongside frequencies we’ve only ever crossed paths with in our wildest (and I mean wildest) dreams. I see each of us as a singing bowl - weaving our frequency into the collective song of aliveness. A privilege and a responsibility.

✺ I believe frequency is alive. Dormant and forgotten at times, but always alive. And always recoverable.

✺ I believe frequency is kindling for Wholecoming – the spiraling journey to the (re)union of all our pieces and parts, the state where our innate frequency is most pure and most dynamic.

In the case of singing bowls, the frequency is audible. But what underpins all of my work is listening to the frequencies which are not audible. FREQUENCY MATCHMAKING

An expression coined by my guides, who I lovingly call...The Fairy Herd.

As they say,

"frequency matchmaking is a collaborative exchange between you and the multiverse, where your innate frequency liaises with the multitude of external frequencies you happen upon. You do this every day, often without realizing. Every choice you make creates a new frequency match".

But what happens when our innate frequency is garbled (for any number of reasons)? Doubt creeps in. Worthiness becomes a moving target. Wholeness feels like a liability, not an asset. Distinguishing between dissonant and harmonious frequencies gets…complicated. Maybe we become paralyzed by indecision. Maybe we make decisions from our wounds. Or maybe it’s a delightful combination of both. Regardless, the frequency matches we make for ourselves in these moments may leave something to be desired.

Here is the good news – our innate frequency pulses through it all. And it is never as far away as we think. Hand to heart, there is the rhythm of who you are.

Working with a frequency matchmaker is as impactful in clarity as it is in the garble. I serve as a bridge between the frequency realms and the human world. I listen to the undertones and overtones of your innate frequency and reflect the pure and whole capacity back to you. I ask for volunteers. If you are imagining the frequency realm as an enthusiastic bunch, you’d be spot on. The realms are willing to help in any way they can. The matched frequencies recalibrate – balance – the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies.

This is the beauty and generosity of singing bowls which choose to exist in the in-between, in the great mystery. Free of constraints, hierarchical and otherwise. Label-less in their wholeness.

This is why I am in direct communication wth the singing bowls. They talk to me. And they are a chatty bunch. (Sentences I never thought I'd write.) My work is to listen, translate, and shine a light on frequencies you can carry on the path of cultivating/activating your innate frequency.
