Art is for everyone. Art is created by everyone. Art is heart. Art flows in presence. Art embodies a state of being. Frequencies come to life through storytelling, through brushstrokes and stitches, through movement, through sculpting, through cuisine. And these frequencies reverberate in the world with purpose, whether we create for ourselves or create to share with others. Is art calling?
SOUND
Sound is the way through. Through grief. Through anger. Through pain. Through fear. Sound is also the way of. Of joy. Of love. Of peace. Sound is the ultimate mirror of balance. Sound is not good, sound is not bad. These are labels sound does not understand. Sound exists outside of hierarchy, outside of perfectionism. Sound wishes for us to feel this freedom. Listen, listen with your whole being.
CEREMONY
Ceremony is life in motion. Ceremony is simple, it is elaborate. Ceremony is intimate, it is connective. Ceremony honors magic, no deference given to extraordinary over ordinary. Ceremony grounds in the frequency of gratitude. Ceremony is true unity. When we are in ceremony, when our hearts are open, cracked open sometimes, we are gathered back together with the grace of gratitude.
